As kids growing up in this valley, we learn that we are very fortunate to live here. Understanding that concept teaches us a lot of things. Being grateful for what we have, Having an understanding of others, and Giving to those who need it most
I have always wanted to help people in my life, whether that be through working in non-profits like SOS Outreach or teaching as a theater director at Porchlight Players. Giving back is something that I have strived to do in my life. The Paul Cuthbertson Foundation looks for people who think like this and wants to support young people like me in their future and to recognize them and what they have done for the community. Being a recipient of the Live for Those Who Cannot scholarship will help me get closer to my goals. I have received recording equipment to pursue my dream in music and to continue helping people through music and song. Jaden Gonzalez
Lindsey Kiehl
Thank you so much! Lindsey Kiehl
Macie LaCross
Being one of few to receive this scholarship is truly amazing. I will be attending Perry Mansfeild this summer to pursue my dance training during the “off season” from Vail Valley academy of Dance. I would not have been able to do it without the help of the Paul Cuthbertson Foundation. Ballet is something that is breathtaking and spreads a beautiful message. I will be able to spread my message with the help of many and live for Paul. Thanking everyone who got me where I am today and believing in me. Thank you! Macie LaCross
